CDC MANDATORY CHECK-IN GUIDELINES  

∙ Everyone attending is required to observe the following regulations: ∙ Wear a mask at all times while on the church premises. You may also wear gloves or  other forms of PPE if desired. 

∙ Temperature Check. 

∙ Refrain from gathering in large groups while on premises. 

∙ Social Distancing Seating (Family members may sit together.) 

∙ Exiting the Sanctuary instructions will be given at the end of service, please follow  them. 

∙ Due to the continuation of COVID 19 and for your protection – NO on premises  socializing when services are dismissed.
